Just to add an a little extra uncertainty... what if Kleiner accidently pulls you back, against Gmans wishes... and a small 'power struggle' happens... I mean in HL2 he did learn of slow teleportation (likely the thing Gman uses for Gordon)... maybe when tinkering with it... he accidently grabbed Gordon and put him back to where he was previous to Gman's citadel intervention.... anyway.. just a cornball theory..

That's quite cool, BackFyr - I'm not sure about Kleiner, but I like the idea of somebody else interfering with G-Man's control of Gordon - that would at least help explain the apparent plothole that exists as things are...

Hmmm... No-one gets one up on the G-Man, I suspect. Sure is an interesting idea, but him being duped would detract from his enigmatic coolness. And even if they did they'd probably wind up in a portal to nowhere for all eternity.

Based upon screeshots released so far I think the start will definetly be you an Alex escaping from the Citadel, fighting lots of stalkers.
