i figure you dod guys might appreciate this

that's a really huge picture :p

You might want to do some more angles for the serious people :)

Get a pic down the barrel, on the sights, and of the trigger.

Mauser

Looks like it can still do the job... I had the barrel and action of one about 40 years ago...I was living in a Canadian town that had two large German POW camps...so these pieces were all over the place.. I got a new walnut Mannlicher stock from Bishop's and linseed oil rubbed it and had a guy fit it to me perfectly. We bench fired it and it was perfect... Took it to a range and was letting go with it (no sights on it yet) when a guy who also had one came over to me...he was a former German soldier. He asked to see the weapon and he immediately looked at the serial number.... it was just a few digits away from the one he was carrying and figured the guy who owned it might have been close to him during WWII. Sure is a powerful weapon.

those are pretty... how much did you pay for it?

80. the other guy probably paid quite a bit more. mine was made in turkey, in 43. probably why its so damn ugly.

Check these beauties out..

A number 8 and some target rifles :D

Where did you get that British Assault Rifle? IMAGE_139?

...Nice rifles, but are you using a cameraphone to take those pictures? :p

Beautiful rifles all around however.

Yes, it was a camera phone, sorry. And I didn't mean to upload 139, that was meant to be a group shot of some target rifles and a number 8. Oh well. You might have clocked that these pics are from inside the armoury, I don't actually own these rifles :'(

Oh, and one of the target rifles has a really odd trigger, it only moves back about 1/8th of a millimetre before it goes *click* (it would go bang if I put some rounds in).
