I found something(Second Test Solved?)

Hey everyone... I'm new to trying to solve these tests (I just startedlike 5 mins ago) but I think I might have found somehting in the Barancle.jpg picture... I used Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and zoomed on the picture of barnacle.jpg and found this...

I tried to center it in the middle of the page... its like a yellow background with a green monster with liek a brain... it looks kind of familiar... I dunno though... I hope I helped guys!!! Edit: I'm looking at it more... and it kinda looks like a fish maybe... so I dunno if its supposed to be there like part of the picture ;(

I believe you, there is something yellow in that spot, I don't know about the "...green monster with like a brain...", part, but if that is what you see, then that is what you see.

the water is yellowish green, if you splash it, itll thin out to the point where it looks clear, with enough disturbance it can appear white. if you look at the undisturbed water around him its clearly greenish yellow

If its related to any test I don't know. Maybe they just like adding the bird to everything?

It probably has something to do with the old saying: A little birdy told me.

Find the name of it, enter it into box, solve test2. That's my guess. Start putting in the name of every fish out there -.- !!!!! Maybe one of those small fish thingys that you never killed but did 1 dmg per hit to ya? What were they called?

1.) I found out the name of the fish... its name is Ichthyosaur, but I don't think its going to help BECAUSE of someone else in this forum said that someone should get a hold of the image that was in PC Gamer in liek April (which is the same picture) and so I got it and scanned it myself from my computer (thats why there is a tear on the side... I kinda tore it ) and the same fish is tehre

2.) here is the image that was in PC Gamer... so you guys can TRY to do an image comperisson and see if there is a difference

Also I know we found out that it was Test 2 and the username and password from opening that one picture in Notepad... so has anyone tryed opening this picture (the original one) in Notepad or Word Pad to see if tehre is anything new in there... and look if you have hte time.. cause there is a LOT of code

Here's that sound me and a few others get when typing into the black space. Don't know, sounds sorta wierd. Actually, a bit like the HUD switching weapons on very low sound quality. ???

Im sure u are using Mozilla Firefox isnt it? Mozilla has a link search funtion, when u press a key in a web, inmediatly the first link on web having that key is Highlighted ( kinda shortcut )

When u access second test web and u press a key without selecting the text box Mozilla tries to search a link in that web with that key... and the web has no links... so you get a sound error ( your sound ) and at the botton your see Link not found : "and the key you pressed"

U can test it going to www.google.com ( example ) and typing a key ( without selecting the text box ), I tried "z" and the error sound is palyed.

So no HUD change and no paranoias

anyone have ANY ideas about this new test at all? Has anyone e-mailed Valve asking if this is the end of the test? CAuse I am getting headaches trying to work on this! haha... well if anyone has any ideas... tell me and I'll try them out!
