I have a question about publishing

Sierra is owned by Vivendi. However, Vivendi has decided to close down the branch of Vivendi known as "Sierra" for a reorganization purposes. This will not affect HL2 at all.

I believe they decided to close Sierra. I am not sure why, but I assume it had something to do with it no longer being needed..
