I have fallen I can't get up. HELP

I am really stuck in Route Kanal chapter and can not get out. How did you get out? Is there a door "any help please." All I can say is that I have not been able to escape from any fence on both sides of the tracks. The game will not allow me to return to the train station. I am at the parked train and in the dilapidated building with no roofs. I have tried climbing boxes to jump the fence and I can not get over it. Any kind help would be greatly appreciated. At this point I am will to pay for it. So lol somewhere else.

if you go right round to the other side of the fence it is broken and you can jump it

I don't know how to do a screen shot or how to post it. I have hit F5 but I don't know where the picture went certainly not to My Document My Pictures

Go through the " dilapidated building", then turn left and back round to face the train track. Jump over the broken part of the fence and turn right. Follow the fence parrallel to the train track along till you find a vent you can crawl into. You should see a yellow spray painted circular logo where the vent is.

lol it's quite funny the things people get stuck on - I often wonder how they'd cope with something like Ocarina of Time... I remember spending weeks trying to figure some things out, then suddenly it hits you - "DOH!"
