I feel the same broda man.. What I would do if I were you and if I had the money, would be to get plastic surgery and liposuction.. I mean it is the easiest and fastest way, yet it is not healthy at all.. So what that you have no fat, you still have clogged artiries and the chance of turning to a diabetic when older..

My real suggestion is to just work out. How much do you weigh? Have you been watching Celebrity Fit Club? Phil, from Viva La Bam, has lost nearly 20 lbs. in about 2 or so weeks.. I would save up the money and get a personal trainer that will help you 100% and could also give you tips on dietary meals.

I am 5'8" and weigh about 210 lbs the last time I checked. I have a heavyset body type so 170 lbs is probably ideal.

1) You don't need a perfect body.
2) If you want to lose weight, remember: exercise + a healthy diet. Don't go for a fad diet, by definition alone they won't help you out in the long term. Plenty of water, remember that pyramid of food types we've all seen, don't over indulge (but don't starve yourself either), run, swim, cycle, do some weights.
3) Personality can win a girl over, god knows it's worked for me: funny = good
4) When you're at a level of self-confidence where you could (not all the time, but if you wanted to) talk to anyone pretty easily, get out there and talk to some girls.
