It's not Kansas, it's North-East Russia, quite near Alaska. At least I think it is...
 
Yeh, near Alaska, I looked on the program Google Earth and it is blocked too. No signs of any roads or near by populated areas.

Although I doubt it is a nuclear reactor or whatever because Austrailias only Nuclear reacter is in high resolution view.

check on google earth..there is nothing there, just a land mass. It's actually a lake called, Ozero Paren'skoye

EDIT: OOPS!!! It's still blacked out on google earth too!! What the hell?? Sorry, I was looking in the wrong place before...WHAT????
