Idea for AT missle launchers.

Have 2 different modes. Guided/non-guided. Much like the other guns have bursts/auto. That way if you want to fire and hide behind a target quickly..and you are busy running, you don't have to worry about firing, then keeping the crosshair in teh same spot while running away. If it isn't guided, you shoot, and can't control it.

I don't know, I find it annoying some times that the thing guides every shot. Maybe that's just me?

It isn't just you, I do it all the time.

I let off a shot, duck behind a rock, then see my shot fly off the right side of the screen.

Considering how weak the AT-launchers are Id have to agree. A "fire and forget" mode would be nice. The more shots I can get off the better.

If you're in the MEC, just click once and it will be non-guided, but if you hold it down it will be guided.

Is it me, or does the SRAW guide really well?

I haven't played AT enough to really know if it works, but can you fire your rocket then switch weapons real quick and move around?

Don't hold fire and the rocket will just go straight. This is already in the game.

Same here. I always used to think that maybe just shooting and ducking down would do the trick, but as I said, it'd always fly to the right of my screen.

I thought it was guided only when you right-click to go into scope mode.

That was kinda an assumption, but it would make sense.

nah, when you are'nt I know...I sometimes guide it when I feel saucy and dont go to the scope.

The USMC rocket is the only one that guides without holding the mouse button.

not calling you a liar, maybe ive been playing too much mec and chinese. but i could have sworn that if i was usmc and used my sights to line it up and then unscope to fire, it wouldnt be guided. i could be dead wrong though.

The USMC rocket is the only one that guides without holding the mouse button.

Still be nice if they were all the same, instead of the USMC being one way, and the MEC/Chinese being different.

i see, and i was wrong. i wonder why the made it like that? i dont think its a good feature to have.
