It's how people take hold of the art in their mind, visual pleasure is only interpreted by the viewer. I highly doubt that fully clothed comic characters would fit under the category you perceive just because they harbor fur and a link to a fetish. It's not the artists fault that people go and draw endless amounts of fanart to get off on their sick fantasies.

No no, only those who volunteer to do so (or are volunteered), or those who have committed violations severe enough to warrant special education, or Student Government types like me. I was a "Student Moderation" (don't see how else to put it, think like a kind of police force for the student government), and therefore was required to complete a phase of student leadership and physical training at a training camp. It differs from school to school - some schools don't even bother to reeducate.

It was kinda fun. Lot's of those kids are fatties or bullies anyway. But most of them are 'volunteers'. (Parents think it's a good place for their children to learn some concentration and focus.)
