In need of an upgrade?

I'm curious if I'm in need of a complete overhaul or if I just need to upgrade a thing or two. I want to be able to run Crysis, UT3, etc. at max settings with a smooth framerate. If I need a complete overhaul that's fine, just don't beat around the bush. Here's my specs:

AMD FX-57 2.8ghz
ATI x1900XT 512mb
1GB Corsair XMS PC3200

I think that's all that really matters. I'm assuming I'm gonna need a DX10 video card and some more ram, but how slow is my CPU for the new games coming out?

CPU is fine, GPU upgrade would help out a lot for those few new games that really stress your system. And of course 2GB of memory would be solid.

Thanks asus. I was kinda hoping my cpu would survive another year or so. Can't exactly afford the complete overhaul yet. Ok cool. I'm gonna wait, right? Aren't new cards coming out fairly soon?
