I am really pissed off right now, I just got home from school. My physics teacher is psychotic bitch, she harassed me the whole hour about me cheating on the test that she told me I failed(I never got to see it, and she told me she through it away). The test we took came in two versions, and she accused me of cheating off my friend Jared who had a different version than I did. I explained to her that when I do cheat, I make the effort worth the risk and wouldn't attempt somthing as dumb as that. I guess that pissed her off so she continued to harass me the whole hour while I was trying to get my lab done(which I never did, and because of that lost points for the lab and participation points). She kept asking me if I was like this at home, wasting time and throwing things around(because I through a marker at the box of markers) and so messy. At the end of the hour I asked her if I could take the test again(anyone can retake the test) but she wouldn't let me and said I am lucky I only am getting 1 hour of detention with her instead of her turning me in for cheating(I automatically fail the class, get in school suspension for 3 days and somthing about cheating on my record or somthing similar to that).

My Dad won't he always sides with teachers, but my Mom might, and she would bring hell down on her. I am not sure if I want my Mom to call, it would escalate into a much larger situation then I want it to, and my physics teacher would get ****ing pwned so that would probably piss her off.

Well see that is the problem. I had a similar problem as you and I have been pissed off the school system in this country since. Basically if your parents could afford legal action you were treated good, if they couldn't (or they wouldn't do anything about it) you were treated like shit. Simple as that. The school administrators love their power so much they think they have a right to not explain their actions no matter how badly they screw up as long as the students are complaining; however, get an angry parent in there with a lot of money and I can gurantee you they will listen.

No, not at all. I thought I did quite good on the test too, but when I was taking it somthing seemed wrong with the test...I just remember somthing didn't match the test paper and the packet...like she messed up writing the test(there were some questions on the packet and test form) and some things didn't match but I was running out of time so I just turned it in...I forgot to circle which test form I had so I had my friend circle it and that is where I think the problem was.

Even if you fail the class you will be fine, don't worry about it. You should be able to get into a local university as long as you weren't extremely lazy in high school. If you were lazy (like me) you should be able to get into a Community College and then transfer the credits to a regular University. This is a big problem I have with High School, they lead you to think that if you screw up in high school you will be a screw up for the rest of your life. This myth is what ruins thousands of kids that didn't do good enough to get into Harvard so they think the rest of their life will be shit.

In a similar situation, I would go way above her head and report her. She is completely out of line by throwing away your test. It is yours, and you have a right to see it. Also, if she doesn't have proof that you cheated, she shouldn't be able to get you in trouble for it. I'm sure that her making a mockery of you would help your cause, as well.

I can't be positive that this will work (kids in school are generally powerless, and she might have tenure...). But it is worth a try, since you say you did not cheat or do anything wrong. Although, I suggest not giving her an attitude, as that would make things worse.

If you ever attended an American school it goes like this. School mistreats students, puts up all kinds of pointless rules, then doesn't listen to the students complain. When I went to high school it got so bad they wanted to shut down our school paper because a couple of writers were saying bad things about the administration. Luckily a bunch of pissed off parents called and they weren't able to shut them down.

Most people forget how badly they were treated in high school by their administrators and I probably would have forgotten about it if they didn't do what they did to me. I won't go into any details as I'm afraid this forum wouldn't be able to hold the size of the post but they completely ****ed up. I was punished for not really doing anything wrong while my friend, who's parents had a lot more money than mine, (and he did something wrong) got off with a slap on the wrist. The system is so corrput it amazes me that the media hasn't reported anything on it.
