Inception just kicked ass.
And yes, I think it was about to fall.
Great thing about Cobb's totem is that it's basically an inception nolan pulled on the audience. Although im leaning towards the it was going to fall camp, but in the grand scheme of things I think it's far more important that Cobb seems to be free of his guilt over being responsible for Mal's death regardless of whether or not he's in limbo
No fall I think
for one reason; were his children not wearing the same exact clothing as they were in all of his memories?
Stop spoilering the spoilers so Rizzo doesn't have to click the Show Spoiler button to spoil the plot for himself.
Or was it???

I haven't loved a mainstream hollywood blockbuster this much since.............well...umm.....uh...
... Since TDK?
Did anyone else see the trailer for M Night Shyamalan's new movie Devil at Inception? During the trailer, when it showed "From the mind of M Night Shyamalan", the entire audience laughed. It was awesome.
Inception was given a very specific meaning and that isn't it :arms:
How so?
The act of inception in the movie is planting an idea in a persons head, by showing us the totem wobble at the end of the movie he places that doubt in your mind. By showing us that you have people going back through the entire movie analyzing and coming up with theories to support they're idea(HEH) of what happened. Did it fall? Did it keep on going? I'd say it was definitely an inception on the audience.
edit: To further elaborate on this, theres a reason that we don't get a title card until the end of the movie. The titular inception doesn't happen until that very last shot.
Inception is an idea planted in a persons head without them having any idea where it comes from. The totem idea was explicitly stated, it's the elephant.
Massively interesting article about the last scene of the film here:

No need to warn that there are MASSIVE spoilers in this article.
Not exactly
The subject does have an idea where it comes from, they just stated that the subject has to think that they came up with the idea themselves. It has to come up organically, which is what the doubt does to us at the end of the movie. We start forming theories and ideas on whether or not the top fell, but the only reason we do that is because of the doubt that was planted in our head at the end of the movie. That final scene is Nolan's inception on the audience.
I thought the inability to dream stemmed from the heavy chemical abuse as explained by the scene in mombasa where people come in to dream together because thats the only way they can.
