ITT, we admit the really really geeky things we do.

I spout off catchphrases and pop culture references in public situations. I think that counts as being nerdy.
Pfft, I do that all the time!

eg.

FRIEND: I love my new cat. What should I call him?
ME: I think we should call it your grave!

Not really about me but this girl in my group of friends honestly believes that she and other people she knows can shoot energy balls from her hands just like in Dragon Ball Z. Its really quite sad, because she gets offended and hurt if you make fun of it.

But as for myself... Im going to school for computer animation... So everything I do is pretty geeky.

What the ****? Ask her to perform for the camera, see what happens.

And I don't mean energy balls.

DUDE!

On topic- Most geeky thing I do? Probably gaming, thats about it (Hell, gaming isnt really geeky either to be fair)

I spend way to much time with games and computers. I also have an obsession with gadgets. I would probably play D&D if I ever had the chance :(

In real life I say "Zoooooooooooooomj" "ZOMG" and "Ohnoes".

On tuesday, I went to the beach. I was rather bored so I created a chessboard out of sand, I used stones, shoes and bottles as pieces and battled it out on the beach. D:

I was tempted to use the Age of Empires manual as a reference on a history paper... but I didn't. I do know someone who did that though. We came up with the idea independently. Scary.

I stay up late at night designing electronic circuits for work for fun.

I sometimes say 'uhmahguh!' when surprised, actually. In an ironic way. When playing games. In LAN cafes. :p

That is the phonetic spelling of 'omg'.

I constantly try and start the gunfights seen in Spaced with my friends, who don't care.

Bastards.

Man some of you guys are weird ****s.

Not all of you or even a majority just saying a few ones, not going to mention names though. lol.

I'm a pretty big gamer (though I doubt that makes me stand out too much on a forum dedicated to a game). I raid semi-frequently in World of Warcraft (7 pieces of tier 1, just got my 3rd piece of tier 2), and I'm the leader of a local CSS clan.

I watch anime. Cosplayers creep me out, though.

My hobbies include programmming (crappy) and webdesign (decent).

There are 4 working computers in my house.

Me and my friends use internet cliches and quotes pretty often. Can't imagine how many people we've confused in public places.

I say "lawlz" in real life, and I may or may not have said one of it's variations , such as "Lollerskates" at some point.

lol I just got that! I do it too, but most of mine come from Spaced. Most people have no idea whats going on when me and my mates suddenly start having an invisible gunfight. :|

Oh yes, I also quote from Star Trek in public places. Only amusing quotes, mind.

About the geekiest things I do is casually play video games these days. I used to be geeky to the point I brought a computer programming book to read in school when there was nothing to do.

Now I wear clothes like aeropostale, some american eagle stuff and other random stores but mostly aero cause they have awsome shirts. Oh I also have etnies shoes so im not too geeky anymore. I spend most of my time working or socializing these days.

I have said lollerskates and roflcopter on more than one occasion.

Damn your avatar Que, I keept thinking your a noob when I look at your name!

Bah.. pwned...

By Tr0n... the guy who said he wants to do himself in the butt...

ive never understood d & d. Why is it fun?

What's the deal with role-playing is it where adults pretend to be medeval knights and wizards?

ive never understood d & d. Why is it fun?

I've spent about five minutes here trying to think of a way to explain why, but I can't. I guess mostly it's because you really get into your character, you get a bunch of stats, and you roleplay those. Plus, the situations you get in really require you and the guys you're playing with to think outside of the box, or die.

Plus, it's fun to have a bunch of guys over, play some, and then just goof off for a night. I'm not super into the game like most of my friends, but I still love it.

Local Area Roleplaying? :|

EDIT: I prefer Linux over Windows, that should probably count as geeky...

Live Action Roleplaying. It's where you actually dress and totally act like your character. It's the geekiest thing that even the geekiest of geeks call geeky.

And if it makes you feel better, I have a friend who works for linux

I know what it is, I've just never heard the abbreviation before (I must admit that it was a lame attempt at trying to be funny too...)
