His claims have holes in them. I meant to say what he says can be countered very easily. There is no point in listening to him because anyone can see he is just an annoying prick in the gaming industry's side. cHe should quit his job and go work at Burger King, he would do a lot better there.

No one considers blockbusters a pornographic rental outlet because they sell R rated movies

Yeah, but this guy is trying to thin the, at current, distinct line between M rated games and X rated movies.

By his logic, I have been watching porn for the past two hours. The porn I happened to be watching, was named "The Elderscrolls Four: Oblivion", some hot stuff going on there. What with all the possible nudity that must be unlocked with downloadable codes that were made by some guy named Mayanie.

What he's saying in ALL of his arguments, is that ESRB M rating is synonymous with the giant X's plastered on sticky DVD covers. If this goes any further, then i'll have to put on a trench coat and bring my drivers liscense every time I walk into a game store.

You guys seem so ignorant. You can't believe how many parents actually believe his bullshit. You can't just "ignore him". If you do, it'll be seventy years before he dies and this all stops.

it's a well known jack-fact that he tried his
hands on CS back in the day...got owned buy a 12-year-old who called him a n00b...that's the source for this vendetta on the gaming industry.

With Oblivion, there is no M-rated content in the code itself. Any nudity you've seen online was created by someone not associated with Bethesda, and is completely made of third-party code.

the first article clearly states

This is not a modification or "mod" of the game by gamers. It is an unlocking of content that was put there by Take-Two with the unlocking code provided by the developer!

In the PC version of the game only - this doesn't apply to the Xbox 360 version - some modders have used a third party tool to hack into and modify an art archive file to make it possible to create a mesh for a partially nude (topless) female that they add into the game. Bethesda didn't create a game with nudity and does not intend that nudity appear in Oblivion. There is no nude female character in a section of the game that can be "unlocked." they will never be able to touch valve if they go exclusively steam ..Valve wouldnt even have to submit their games to the ESRB (if the US changes laws they simply have to move their servers to a less restrictive country) ..online is the only way to go to avoid the looneys in the US that would ruin gaming for us all

A bunch of HL2.netters did it once. They posed arguments and points and politely asked for his, not discrediting his theories at all.
