Do you criticize people for having holes in their ears?madog said:He probably saw pwned.nl once and then went crazy. Does he know he is the enemy of every gamer in the world and most people are not on his side? What a fool. He doesn't even back up his claims very well. They all have holes in them.

I fail to see why his claims should be any different.
Ya.. i was um, jokingmadog said:His claims have holes in them. I meant to say what he says can be countered very easily.

No one considers blockbusters a pornographic rental outlet because they sell R rated moviessinkoman said:I rode my bike to a local gamestop after practice when I bought Oblivion.
I'm fourteen.
I can see that going away very soon (buying games on my own accord that is).
If somebody doesn't yank this guys dick out of his ass, then I forsee a grim future, where i'm going to be carded for every Mature rated game I (try to) buy, and where I have to sign a release form to purchase teen rated games for my children.
I see a time where gamestores will be viewed as low and rife as pornographic rental outlets.

Not really any difference between that and mature games

With Oblivion, there is no M-rated content in the code itself. Any nudity you've seen online was created by someone not associated with Bethesda, and is completely made of third-party code.
This is not a modification or "mod" of the game by gamers. It is an unlocking of content that was put there by Take-Two with the unlocking code provided by the developer!

the first article clearly states
so whos right?
Bethesda press release on ESRB rerating said:There is no nudity in Oblivion without a third party modification. In the PC version of the game only - this doesn't apply to the Xbox 360 version - some modders have used a third party tool to hack into and modify an art archive file to make it possible to create a mesh for a partially nude (topless) female that they add into the game. Bethesda didn't create a game with nudity and does not intend that nudity appear in Oblivion. There is no nude female character in a section of the game that can be "unlocked." Bethesda can not control tampering with Oblivion by third parties. Bethesda is taking steps to ensure that modders can not continue to hack into Oblivion's art archives to create partially nude figures.
