Yeah, there is all that technical talk relating to inter-dimensional/time travel in the Kleiner video... maybe the G-Man just sent you 15 years into the future.

That's what I was thinking.

I dont' know if it'll happen, but I'm expecting the game to begin right when the last one let off, going through that portal, and ending up in City 17, 15 years in the future.

It's entirely possible that if they somehow developed the ability to teleport, they probably could have developed the ability to modify that to be able to time travel.

So I'm guess that Freeman, by going through that portal not only ends up in City 17, but he ends up 15 years in the future, same age as before, same condition, but in a different time.


As for what I'm looking forward to, definately the training level, I love the Hazard Course/bootcamp, the Hazard Course is one of my favorite parts of HL (one of many), and I eagerly await the next one. Also, now that you mention it, I would really like to play with those tech demo's too. I know Serious Sam had a tech demo thing in that, so it's possible that HL2 could have one too, especially seeing how they are showing off the Dx9 stuff.
