Kinda sad and funny

A couple of days ago in downtown Indianapolis there was a lot of rain and fog. When going to class I looked at a rather prominent skyscraper that went up several hundred feet before being obscured by thick, whirling clouds of fog...and I thought of the Citadel. Sad, yet funny.

As ridulous as that sounds, I did the same thing yesterday in Winston-Salem North Carolina. I pretty much look at the same bank that is towering and has all glass as outside material and it very much reminds me of the citidel

i notice a lot of combine-like architecture in the city (i live in pittsburgh). i dont think its sad, developers are influenced by real world buildings, art, and culture.

There was when I was there in May! I'd dig out one of my pics and post it but I'm at work. It's a great city. I'm going to live on Manhattan Island one day :thumbs:
