Kleiner Vid - Minor interesting details.

I noticed the magnifying glass in the 600 meg video, but in this one you can see a lot more. here is a list of some of the smaller details i noticed:

- Above those vats, there are some cables swinging very realistically.

- the "thing" next to the computer monitor he knocks over looks interesting.

- when the doctor is typing, nothing comes up on the screen.

- the scanners have very bad animation

- kleiner moves strangely at one point, jerkish.

- alyx rolls her eyes like a little brat (i still hate her)

- it sounds like kleiner says "oh fu(k" at the end.


What did you guys notice?

Then alyx took the weapon, she spoke not so loud.
Maybe because she was crouching and looked down.
Maybe its a new sound feature.

Its like you speak with someone if your have your hand in front of your mouth.

the dr's jerky motion is due to it not being you playing, but instead a demo playback, and isn't even a problem, and i did notice the screen not changing when he typed, don't know if this will be fixed or not when the game ships.

That glitch was already clearly visible in the earlier videos.
I wouldn't worry about it, I should be fixed in a newer build of the game.

As for the scanners, we don't really know how they're supposed to be moving at this point, do we?
I haven't seen the new direct-feed movie yet, but I expect their movements to be very abrupt and unlike that of the human or alien characters in the game.

Freeman will never talk, and you will never see 'yourself'. BTW, another thing i noticed, is, that the keyboard is really ugly, bad graphics on that one. The two computers have the same screen with irritating green symbols, i hate it, i want different screens. And when the screen falls by gordon, there's no damage.. The glass should've least be broken!

The scanners are those little thingies behind the window eh? Well, we already saw other scanners in the previously E3 movie, that low quality one, and there they were very well animated! Remember, those scanners keep attacking you, move very fast & they are destructive. Gordon closed that fence, and those things kept attacking it to get through. They have some sort of circlesaws..

I still disagree on this it sounds more like "oh fie" ( http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=fie)

And its so much louder than the dr. kleiners voice usually is, and all the other sound seems to be going down in volume aswell, this leads me to believe it means something important.

Those aren't scanners! Those are flying buzzsaw things with no name. Scanners are:

-things flying outside window that Alyx sees
-thing beside monitor Gordon knocks over
-things flying near the Combine guards/vehicle in the city center in the HL2 Teaser video

The scanners was in a pre-E3 video. It was an official trailer. The Scanners flew around in the city at some market place (you'll rekognize it if you look at some old screenshots)

I imagine that since thats such a complicated scene we're going to notice the most things wrong with it.
