Last weekend was crazy awesome!

Thursday Night:
I started it off with salsa dancing lessons. After the lessons I had fun making girls do random things on the dance floor like spinning them around, bumping butts, and other crazy shit. I danced with a lot of girls; one got really into it so I have her a peck on the lips, got her number, and . . . I’m probably not going to call (I’m such a jerk). Then I had fun with random bar-hopping, talking to a lot of different people, and making some places much more lively! For example at one bar there were just two girls half-dancing on the floor, so I went over and got both of them really moving dancing with both at the same time. One of them obviously liked me and kept trying to steal me from her friend, but I wasn’t into her.

Friday Night:
More barhopping and meeting tons of random new people. Got an email & phone number without trying (I might email her, just as friends). Probably the most “interesting” thing that night was the two guys I was with wanted to talk to a group of 3 girls, but couldn’t think of what to say. So I said “Screw it, watch this” so I went over and opened with “You girls are here to have a good time, right?!” then pulled all 3 onto the dance floor. After figuring out which one was the most fun, I said to the other two “My friends over there need dance lessons” . . which resulted in them just talking the entire time. Ended up figuring out they were lesbians, but the one I was with obviously wanted me to kiss her (but I wasn’t feeling it).

Saturday Night:
Met up with a group of guys early in the night and found some more people to hang out with, which was cool. After I went bar-hopping with a couple of the guys then ended up over at a club that plays 80s music (unfortunately there’s a lot of old or married people there). I started conversations with about 15 different groups of people. One girl I started to like, some singer/song writer, but when I left for a minute and (according to my friends) she looked very disappointed and left soon after. I danced with a lot of girls, gave a soon-to-be-bride a “lap-dance” (clothes on), and had this very attractive birthday girl obviously wanting a kiss . . . and I almost went for it until I noticed her ring (and I asked her to make sure). Grrr... Later my friends really wanted me to approach another group of girls, which I did and ended up dancing with the girl they liked, spinning her around, dips, picking her up off her feet, and then she ended up kissing me which was awesome until her friends dragged her away after like the 5th kiss/makeout.

Sunday:
I didn’t go out Sunday, but I had fun designing cars! :)

All of that while it was non-stop raining! :) I also cut my hair . . I think that was friday (don't remember).

I find it intressting that all these girls are so intressted in you but your just not feeling it.

I mean, i have the same... You know, almost everyone at the place wants to hang out and/or **** with me.
But im usually just, nah..

Found all that supremely funny for some reason.

Wow....

Just recieved infraction, gonna have a friggin awesome night on friday

Edit: lol, make girls feel safer VT

I don't win them all, here's a transcript from earlier today . . . (read below) Yea... not going to waste my time with her. I know how to play that game, but refuse to, I'm me regardless of the games girls play, which is why I got her to basically say "I don't want to hang out with you & want to keep you on the backburner" After that I dropped her into the "Flake" folder on my IM.

Pretty soon after, I contacted another girl about taking some swing-dance classes next Wednesday & her response was "Sweet Count me in!" and then "I'm ridiculously excited!" I feel sorry for people who invest everything into one girl who's not committed to them.

[19:14] Me: Hey _____, I'm such a jerk, I've totally been forgetting about you lately :-P
[19:14] Her: thats ok.. ive been busy anyways
[19:15] Me: Anyway, what kinds of trouble have you been getting yourself into lately? How's your class going?
[19:15] Me: yea, me too . . . work, friends, car-design . . almost no free time.
[19:16] Her: not much lately.. been getting back into the swing of things with work
[19:18] Me: Not much doesn't sound too exciting :-P
[19:18] Her: its hard when i go back to work
[19:18] Her: im busy with that kind of stuff
[19:18] Me: true
[19:19] Me: We should meet up quickly for some icecream or dinner after work sometime next week.
[19:20] Me: I'm not too big on the whole "getting to know someone over instant messenger" thing
[19:20] Her: I cant during the week
[19:20] Her: I teach dance in the evenings
[19:20] Her: plus, I have a grad class
[19:20] Me: hmmm
[19:20] Her: right now meeting someone is just not going to work
[19:20] Me: Saturday during the day or sunday nights are sometimes free for me.
[19:21] Her: Right now, my time is crunched. I just dont have the time to worry about meeting anyone. And when I do have a free moment on the weekend, I like to see my friends.
[19:21] Her: or family
[19:29] Me: Cool; it's good to have priorities. Anyway, I'm off to meet some friends. Have a great night! :)
[19:30] Her: night

:O WE DO BLOODY WELL NOT!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH

We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!

Also, I have had massive diarrhea lately.

How funny would it be if I took a muddy shit, took pics, uploaded them and tagged you on Face****?

I'm so tired. Turns out signing up for 18 "credit hours" per week, which actually means 30 actual class/lab hours per week, takes up a whole lot of time.

I got two hours of sleep from 5 AM - 7 AM yesterday morning, then accidentally fell asleep right after my 7-9 PM night lab, and didn't wake up until 9-10 hours later.

I'm having trouble remembering stupid things like what day it is, or where my classes are .

**** you.

I came home and went to bed. Nothing in between. Getting three hours of sleep then trying to make it through class all day was a killer. I definitely won't be doing that again.

I found out the freshmen girl I was interested in is a channer.
Not a /b/tard though. We were both relieved.

Set sail to starboard French Ninja. That's probably not even ****ing correct, is it?

30 hours? You realize a normal person works 40+ a week?

30 hours? You realize a normal person works 40+ a week?

40+ hours where they probably know what they're doing. I worked a 40 hr week, and mostly it involved sitting in front of a computer kind of bored. Sometimes I would make spreadsheets and stuff.

I sit in class for 30 hours and then do problems at home where it's like:

You have 2 tanks, with the effluent flowrates dependent on the fluid pressure (related to height of liquid). The tanks are being heated by steam, and the steam flowrates can deviate from normal. The temperature of the tanks varies based on the steam flowrate. The problem doesn't state whether the input flowrate can deviate or not. Assuming it can, the heights in the tanks respond to the deviation. Height also happens to be a variable in the temperature relationship.

I need to "develop the state model that describes the dynamic behavior of the system."

***This is the actual problem I'm working on. If someone knows how to do it, please help??

Couple that with the fact that three of these problems ask for a "state model", but I have no idea what a "state model" is because (1) it's not in the textbook, (2) it's not in our notes or lecture, (3) it's not on THE INTERNET.

So basically I'm blindly following the book examples, hoping that I go far enough that a "state model" shows up somewhere in my work.

Normal people at work have computer programs that they use to figure out these things. Argh!!!

[edit]
According to Google books, the state model is pretty much the first three equations I wrote, and I actually went on to develop something called a "transfer function model" which takes significantly more work.

I just wasted three hours. I hate this class. I want to go cry now. But first I have to finish my homework.

Arrrr. You are all maggots.

Last friday of school ever, avast me hearties, shiver my willies, something something.

shave my willies? ololol

Im out! See ya tomorow! I guess.

You flew a plane? You actually piloted a plane!?

Where did you crash?

I didn't do the take off/landing but I piloted it inbetween.

Today: The wife and I drove to the neighborhood where I grew up and checked out some old bike trails I used to ride on when I was a kid. The number of houses in that area has risen by two powers. Seriously, it's almost unrecognizable. Weird, nonetheless.

Tomorrow: probably bike camping near a local lake.

Next week: two-day managers' retreat to a 'remote' conference center. Group hugs and the like. I'll be camping in the sticks somewhere instead of driving home. When I say 'remote', I mean it's not even halfway down the bike trail we ride almost daily.

Next weekend: backpacking to the Emigrant Wilderness... not sure where yet. Much of the watershed is dried up, and those can be important.

school holidays...joy and my main computer motherboard is ****ed. great.
