Totally agree with ya mate. Unfortunatly the Crim Code doesn't see him as being criminally responsible so he can't be tried as a juvi if he's under 10.



Although, he would probably be better off if he was over 10, then he would get acess to mandatory rehabilitation and reparation services

Your just sent off to token child counseling, and the parents responsibility isn't even mentioned, since official state ideology is that any wayward child is beyond parental control or discipline and by virtue of having provided the DNA to conceive the little thing, the parents did everything they possibly could.

wtf, no security?! the person responsible for controlling this child must pay. i don't buy it for a second that the child didnt know what he doing! he has brain, he is thinking, it was planned no matter what you say. it WAS NO ACCIDENT FFS. the video evidence has shown that it was planned. where are parents?! clue number 1... where are guards?! clue number 2...
