!!!Loading Map Problem!!!

alright so i have been workin on this for a few days now and it is really, really annoying.
I am using cs1.6 and for some odd reason i cannot load my custom map. it freezes at, "sending client info" and etc. btw i am using hammer 3.4 this is when i create my own server to test my map. funny thing is, it worked before and i can load any other map and join any other server but i cant make my own server with my map, wtf..

HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED
