after playing CSS I decided to wash my Godlike Body and take a shower so far so good however our Bath tub is pretty new and still slippery.....So I ****in slamed my Head against the Wall.
My Head is bleeding and nobodys Home and my Shoulder hurts really bad.I was thinking about calling the Amulance but that would kinda
suck. (embarising) and the bleeding aint so bad anymore it just hurts like hell
To be honest I actualy cried ;(

You decided to tell an internet forum before calling an ambulance? I'd call the ambulance, you never know what could develop from a head injury... especially if it's been bleeding.

but seriously, ouch. I would have probably called a hospital and asked them if it's serious (Give symptoms over phone, e.g. sore head, bleeding, concussion?) and not post it in the forums...

On a side note, head injuries do bleed freely but I wouldn't worry too much.

I no i shouldnt laugh aboutthese things but when people post them its just so funny. Im absolutely killing myself. Head injuries are wuite bad sometimes though, a guy i know just knocked his head slightly and he ended up with loadza problems. its really sad actually.

head injuries are strange incidents.
u can have no blood, no obvious (bumps, lumps, bleeding etc.) and still be badly hurt.
ever heard of concussions? if u suffer enough of those, it can really cause problems with u later on.

anyway just be safe and call the abulance/call doctor.

If you have a concussion the absolute worst thing you can do is take a nap with nobody around. You're usually supposed to check on sleeping and concussed people every hour or so.

I don't know how hard you hit your head, but do see things in focus? Do sounds echo or sound hollow? Bad headache? Are your eyes watering? If so, I'd skip the nap and maybe go to the emergency room instead.

Don't go to sleep, a symptom of concussion is vomiting, as is unconsciousness, and they don't go well together

Same thing happened to me, almost exactly a year ago, but it was my own fault. Worst night ever, and smelling of Iodine.

Don't sleep unless you have someone to take care of you, and get your wound treated asap.

yeah i fell off my bike at the end of my drive as i was heading to my new job..lmao how ironic.

anyway i smashed my head, full on, onto the concrete. knocked me out straight away, and when i came too my dad was dragging me out from beneath my bike...was kinda scary actually.

after that, and on the way to the hospital, i was apparently going in and out of consciousness...and cant remember anything until after leaving the hospital itself.

get it checked, regardless of how 'alright' you feel or it seems. dont just leave it. you never know what's happening...

Oh dear.

I once had an allergic reaction to something, and I was getting really quite hot, so I took a cold shower because I was getting quite... goopy. Next minute, I'm losing my vision shouting "Help me, I'm going blind!". Yeah, I only fainted, but at least I got some attention. Fainting in the shower while I'm ill is one of the worst things I could think of doing, so I played it safe by shouting an awful lot.

I've also done that. I was at a waterpark, slipped over and hit the metal railing, then slammed my head into the concrete paving tiles.

Kangy thats harsh, did someone find you naked in the shower then? nice thought there eh? sorry lol.
My mate was going round a corner doing his paper round about 5 years ago, fell off his bike, hit head on the pavement, i found him just laying in the street, i totally shit myself. Ambulance came and took him and he was fine when he woke up, so a nice story there.
I hope this guy comes back and hes ok!

i was pushed over while drunk once and wacked the left hand side of my head on the pavement...its a good job i was drunk or it would've been so very very painful

i remember when i sobered up a bit, i couldn't eat properly because my head was that painful....i never went to have it checked though

if ur still dizzy, thats not a good sign...and i speak from experience when i say that.
generally speaking.. any bumps to the head are serious enough to give u a concussion... guess the only thing i can tell u now is that if in a few hours ur still feeling dizzy, its time to listen to the doctor or go back to the hospital.
