mgs4 has a wordwide release AFAIK.

Perhaps they caught wind of an impending PS3 price-drop and wanted to get bigger market potential. I know that I won't even consider buying this game until the PS3 is substantially cheaper. Or they port it to something else.

The delay will allow me to actually complete the rest of the great stuff that is coming out in the next few weeks, let alone the next few months!! Plus it will make it a better game, so its win-win (except for their stock ;().
