Most gory games?

What'd you say are the most graphically gory games you know? I need to vent off some steam and am looking for suggestions.
I already have Postal 1/2, SOF1 and 2.

Blood, Manhunt, Carmageddon, Postal and shits like that...I hate gory games with purposeless violence.

DooM - Turning ex-marines inside out with a rocket, levels adorned with skulls and human skin... it was rather juicy back in the day.

Resident Evil 4 - Heads popping and Leons many detah scenes were rather gory.

San Andreas/Vice City - Pretty much due to the chainsaw.

GEARS! - Chainsaw death! Almost forgot.

ROTT was very gory for its time and is generally credited with the introduction of "gibbing" to electronic gaming.

Soldier of Fortune 2 is probably the most notorious of recent games. Personally, I think the recent introduction of realistic-looking blood in games like F.E.A.R. has intensified the gore factor considerbly. Killzone 2 is looking pretty gory as well (blood effects-wise).

Gears of War. Was playing it last night, manning a Troika emplacement, mowing these Locust bitches down from afar and every now and then you'd see this satisfying erruption of skull and brain matter shoot 10 feet upwards into the air. Bloody brilliant, heh heh.

Shit, ROTT still ranks up there for most gory. I mean, come on, eyeballs/body parts flying in front of you when you gib them. How awesome.

My favourite gory stress relief games are the GTA games. However it is more the driving that relieves the stress and causing huge pileups/explosions.

To be honest I don't get much actual stress relief from gore, more free-roaming games where I can do what I want, seeing as one of the main things that gets me more stressed is repetetiveness or a lack in variation.

There aren`t more violent and gorier games than Sodlier Of Fortune 2 and Postal 2. Hands down, they are the best. Brains, guts, dismemberment, lynching etc.

Chainsaw and blood doesn`t equal top of the gore.
Having the ability to knife someones scalp off, and then scoop his brains out is the real shit, or shooting a bad guy in the stomach, watching his guts fall out.

I find Gear Of War gore weak and childish.

Manhunt is definitely the goriest/most sadistic game out there. Manhunt 2 is apparently even more so. After that there's SoF 1/2 and Postal 2. Gears of War is pretty gory too. Condemned has some nice brutal violence.

But hands down, it's Manhunt. Not only is it ridiculously gory, but the level of violence actually adds to the story/atmosphere of the game. While it's a great stealth/action game in its' own right, the atmosphere created by all the sadism is what makes it great.

Yeah, thrusting a sickle into a thugs groin in Manhunt brings out the best in gore.

In terms of actual visible gore though, Manhunt doesn't do it. Sure, you get the horrendous violence of the brutal act, but no real entrails and other effluence or anything.

Violence: Yes.
Gore: No.

I agree that Manhunt 1,2 is the most sadistic one out there.
