Ever since I defragged my computer a few days ago, my mouse problems that were preexisting have been amplified to infuriating lengths (to note, I had this problem in a minor scale on a different mouse many months ago, which made me rage and get a new mouse to no avail).
First let me attempt to describe it for I do not know how I could properly articulate it into a few words to define what it is.
As I move the mouse, particularly when I click as I move, the mouse will skip pixels or stop following for a split second.
This is clearly evident if I just sit in the desktop and make huge circles with the mouse. To maintain the same circle in the same area, I will have to move the mouse.
I am using vista, Razer Imperator, with 6/11 mouse sensitivity, no mouse accel, with 1200 dpi with 500 hz polling rate.
I have also tried using different USB ports.
What the **** is the problem with this old POS computer?
