There must be some crazy nerve gone wild in the skin right beneath my eye, because it's going crazy. Discuss

Every very occasional once in a while a little vein in my eye pulses and it feels weird... is this what you're talking about?

Happened to me once or twice before in my life... Happened with my arm muscles numerous times too....

Freakay!

Not in the eye, right beneath it.

Sometimes, both my eyes rapidly flick left to right for about half a second. No idea why, can happen at the worst moments as well.

That happens to me as well, sometimes I can do it on command. I think it's when you're trying to focus on something close and something goes haywire.

yeah, happens only when your eyes are tired. Solution, eat some carrots, they will fix your eyes after 23mins.

All of that happens, infact, I can twitch my eyes extremely fast from left to right.

Hmm yeh thts happened to me aswel!! One of my eyes will randomly twitch n go crazy for ages n there is absolutely no way of getting rid of it, however im not usually tired when it happens...i guess u just gotta hope for the best tht is decides to stop:rolling:

i got this weird twitch in my arm. I think its my bodies way of reacting towards no exercise

i mean, twitching has to be some sort of exercise right? :p

Well, my eyes (usually just my left one) tend to water for prolonged periods. And hurt a lot. Never got to the bottom of it either, because there doesn't seem to be any correlation with monitor use like I first expected...

But actual eye twitching? Never had that myself :O

me too. i can do it on command, always have been able to.

I can't twitch my eyes left to right, but I used to get that twitching thing in the skin a lot. Bizarrely or not, I got the idea that it was linked to times of stress and it was some kind of tic from strain on my nerves, but it goes away for nearly years at a time so I doubt it could be called a nervous tic. I don't think it's really visible either.

im also having a wierd twitchy feeling thing beneath my right eye - its my stronger eye and its wierd - i was putting it down to being stressed out...now im just a tad freaked...

None of those for me bvasgm.
Well those are the 3 most common types of eye spasms, maybe you should get it looked at.

Sometimes when I scratch a certain point on the left side of my lower torso I get a weird spasm in my neck, like a nerve is being touched. Crazy :rolling:

I get that exact thing, means I should go to bed :)
Yep me too, and same solution as well. Not getting enough kip led to me having it for 2/3 days, and its annoying. Learn your limits, eye twitching gets old very quickly.

Yeh, get some good sleep, cut down on the caffeine- i had it for a few days and someone told me it was the first step towards a stroke! I was pretty freaked, but stopped drinking coffee and it stopped, and now im back on the coffee, and no twitch- lucky me.

I have a twitch on my right side of my face. Usualy just under my right eye lid to the corner of my eyelid heading towards my temple, however I also get it with my mouth and crap :(. I sleep just fine 8+ hours. I dont even drink anything other than water. D: Am I going to die?

I had that happen in my right eye on two occasions last year. Doctor said it was stress and I would have to agree. (Hard year of school, lots of athletics BS, little sleep, family issues)

Ive had this too (made my own thread on it)

I must say I agree with HGlenn.

Eye twitches are so cool. I think I get at least one a week.

Sometimes my vision blacks out completely for a few seconds.

That IS normal, right?

If you are a jet fighter pilot that gets 10Gs.

If not, I don't think so.

Oh. Well since I'm typing this from my military prototype uberlaptop with 4 meg wi-fi from the cockpit of my supersonic jumpjet, I suppose it's okay then.

I know exactly what you mean. It happens a lot on my left nut. Try using a hammer like I did.

Just watch out for those ZIG's.

my theory: a sign from god

if your eye twitches, something bad is going to happen to either you, or someone close to you, family, friends etc..

Also be on your guard for anybody who's tempted to set up you the bomb.

My lower eyelid on my right eye flickers when I'm struggling to code something. It means I've had too much caffene.

I have 2 MIGs in my back seat!

Migs are cool. They're cheap, fuel efficent (kinda) and cheap!

but you need to learn special tecniques (which involve using mountains and natural terrain and grounded AA defenses) to learn how to defeat US fighter jets.

That happens to pretty much everyone. Used to happen to me a lot but ive not had it happen in ages

ur all interpretting this wrong. this means that the radiation from ur monitors has started to fry ur brain. and therefore ur brain is failing to send signals to ur eye which causes ur muscles to contract(which may be painful). warning: symptoms include muscular contractions(as stated before), swollen tissue, high blood pressure in the cerebal area, and pissing at night. u guys seriously need to get off the computer once in a while and go hang out(unless u have a radiation suit at ur house).
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D
lol thats what my mom would say. the radiations hurting u so get the hell off the comp. she said it would affect my testicles and i wouldnt be able to have babies. :|
