Math is fun though! its a shame I won't get to write that program for the fibonacci numbers today. oh well.

well its all review right now. this is algebra one stuff, most of it I can do in my head easily, only thing that gets me is when theres too many variables to remember and I have to actually write out some work.

Ahhhhhh, I took Calculus last year, and now I don't ever have to do math again... ooooh yeah, that feels great.

Like blahblahblah said, highschool usually settles down rather quickly, the reason they probably gave you so much work on the first day was to try and send a message that highschool is not like elementary school. However give it time and things will definately settle down.

Anyway, have fun, work hard but make sure you play hard then too.

But yeah Mullinator is right, they usaually bombard to to "toughen" you up a little. If you start off with really hard work, then the rest of the year feels relatively easy and you don't always think about how easy it used to be. Although, they let us in slowly with computing, which I think was a mistake really. We never really got the idea that we needed to work hard really.
