Need For Speed Most Wanted Demo!!!!(pc)

Every NFS game after HS is crap. There is no way I'm going to leave my computer on all day to download another racing game where the aftermarket body parts don't fit the car, the physics are munted, the music is rap, the game is too easy and just plain boring in general.

I'll get the demo from a APC mag or something, if it's good and is nothing like my predictions I'll probably be so shocked that I will force myself to drink my own sweat.

Alright I just got done playing and I thought it rocked! :D

The police are pretty tough (they box you in and all that... really hard to get away)

The police radio is amazing since they have voice for almost every action ("He just pulled a 180 on me!" "He just blew by me need some cover units" "Cover units are a few miles away. Give them 90 seconeds Delta 3" etc etc etc... It's so rockin')

Graphics are pretty pwnage too! I run this baby at max everything (turned down AA by two notches though, but it is hardly noticeable since you are going so fast in the game lol)

I think this game will rock if you like any of the other Need for Speed's...

Isn't this coming out for the X360? I think I will get that version if any... :p

Yes i just finished playing this on my 32" HDTV LCD and its FREAKIN AWSOME MAXED EVERYTHING 6AA MAXED OUT!!! The cars looks soooo REAListic so shiney so beautifull. The enviroment is also very beautifull best ive seen yet.

Yeah I want to know as well. I liked Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit as one person could race while the other player was the police and tried to stop you. Can you do that in MW?
 
it's pretty fun. I wish i had more cars. And i'm VERY upset that the mustangs were even close to the same level as the cayman.
 
It's pretty fun. Can your car take damage at all though? In the roadblock challenge you could just blow through some of the roadblocks and not take a scratch it seemed.

Cop AI was pretty good and the radio chatter was great.

Just played the demo last nigth and loved it! The cops are great(their AI and radio chatter) and the landscape is huge and full of fun surprises. I wondered about the car damage as well until I got a little mixed up with the 5-0 and then saw the realistic damage on the models and was very happy. Great game...might have to pick this one up since Oblivion won't be around for the holidays.

holy shit, i thought the overbright was gonna look cheesy, it's cool as f*ck
this game is my new favorite, i mean, it's just plain fun
i was on the fence about whether to get it or not, but there's no question now
man, i just love all the little details, like the way the car just rumbles and shakes while you're hitting the gas in neutral, and all the radio chatter, and the everything... this game just plain wins
 
Wth I get artifacting when I play the game... I really need to get my AC fixed :p
 
Wow! This game plays great. I lost my belief in the NFS series when NFSU1 and 2 were released but I have to say they definately won me back.
 
By far and away that Ram-the-Roadblock/Evade challenge is the most fun I've had in a driving game. For that reason alone I'll be getting this game when it comes out.

Doing a little back ground research on the cars though and it looks like the ever popular Nissan Skyline isn't included, infact there aren't any Nissans. Not that I'm bothered, they've included my dream car the Lotus Elise!

ya told you guys this game was going to kick ass.
Like I said i saw the T.V. comercial and pretty excited about it.

This is the game that made me want an Xbox360
If it plays well on my PC i would have something to play while I wait untill the x360 comes down in price some
 
It'll be running shit on my computer, but I'm downloading since I loved Hot pursuit.

EDIT: and it's maxing me out at 135kb/s so that mirror Xune posted is ace!

yea im getting 39 k/b sec. I have broadband connection but we have a hardware firewall that i don't know how to get past so 39.0 kb/sec is actually pretty good for me.

I tried to re-wire my DSL to bypass the firewall but then my Internet wouldn't work. SUCKS!

EDIT: 42% downloaded so far! =)

They had a 42" for $100 more should i go back and get that 10"s more for $100 bucks!!!! What should i do?:rolling:
 
Yeah you should alan. $100 isn't that much for 10''. That's like 100 e-penis points.

And anyone got a system like mine (9800 pro 128mb, amd 2500+, 512mb RAM)
It's coming out for Xbox 360 so I know it'll run like shit. but I want to have a taste of the New burnout that's coming out for Xbox 360 :)

I think I'm getting tired of NFS

To its defense - i had to run it with 640x480 with most graphics turned all the way down.
Also i had to try and steer it with the keyboard. Digital steering and pedals FTL! :x

What exactly does Overbright do? I didn't notice anything
 
OMGWTFASLHTMLHL2LMAODVDANZACBBQ! It's a good game; I'll download the demo then. :rolling: So if the demo is good looks like I'll be drinking my own sweat.

I'm still downloading it off an APC mag, so I'll have it next month or something.
