New G-man spotting?

I'm really sorry if this has been posted before, but I searched and couldn't find it.

Please note that I used noclip for this, but it's still freaking awesome, and it *has* to mean something!

This spotting shows G-man standing in a boat, with a Raven(?) sitting on his shoulder. What the heck?!

This is on Anticitizen One, at the very beginning where Dog is going crazy and smashing cars. I also noted that G-man didn't appear before after Dog was taken away by the gunship. Weird!

Its not new, its been found quite a few times. Its original spotting is on the TV sitting in the apartement building

Hmm, it's a bit hard to explain, but... Well, you know where Dog let's you in? Noclip left and down from there, and you'll see it.

Sorry for the bad explanation. ;)

Its on the little tv when you go round that corner in follow freeman i think, spooky music and as you look at the tv is goes off. But in the picture you see gman with the crow like that, although i've personally never seen the place where he is like this. Pretty cool.

If that TV screen is in "Follow Freeman", what is he doing here?

Well he does follow freeman most places which is why you see him a few times through HL1 and HL2. The meaning of this sighting isnt properly understood, but some people have done tests on the music which plays at the point and theres some weird shit going on in it, playing it backwards and children screaming and different layers of other noises. But the fact theres a crow on his shoulder suggests he a real being which interacts with the world around him, rather than some illusion or ghost in Gordon's mind. No one really knows tbh.

Its not in "Follow Freeman", it's in "Anticitizen One". You bust out of Kleiner's lab with Dog, deal with some Combine, Dog forces open a barricade, you go through, Dog gets abducted by something that looks like a dropship but didn't exactly fit (too many arms, or something), the towering structures above begin collapsing, you duck in to the side, go into the ruined building, look around the corner of a room full of debris, and see a TV screen (unplugged).... it flashes that shot of G-man, before turning itself off.

Also, the image isn't static. The G-man moves his hand up to his chin, in a pensive, thoughtful way. I've never seen it up close like that though... on the screen, it was too tiny to tell he was standing in a boat with a raven or crow on his shoulder. Spookination. He looks pretty grim, too... warp-lag making him feel a bit down, perhaps.

Sounds plausible. First time I've seen him interact with something around him, apart from a 'port. Maybe the bird's one of his superiors? :E

Although this is a not a new sighting i dont think i've ever seen a picture like that of him in that location since i joined here. So i think you've got something new here. I've seen someone zoom in on the tv before so we got a close shot of his face and the bird, but this is much clearer. Also something else i believe was discussed in that older thread was that the location with the sand, boat and crow is one of the places you go once the teleportation goes wrong in Klieners lab with the lamarr kerfuffle. Which would suggest...well you tell me?

With this sighting in mind, the one of gman on the distorted screen in water hazard should have him standing somewhere in that map, i'm gonna get noclipping soon to check it out.

All this sighting means is that apart from stopping time and possessing teleportation technology, the g-man can also tap into Cable TV.

And that he is at peace with the world around him and with the animals of the world. Who knows, maybe it was a future version of animal planet and the g-man was guest star.

It's just a creepy thing they made. Stop trying to interpret it as having some special significance.
