Who wasn't allowing Blue Shift on Steam? Gearbox or Valve?Dowie said:The argument between Gearbox and Valve is obvious:
Them not allowing Blue Shift on Steam for years,
Actually, according to the press release, Gearbox stopped working on it to move on to bigger and better (Read: Non-half-life engine) things) And really, how do you know it was "almost complete?"Valve canceled their excellant looking and almost complete CZ which we will never play
And I'm sure the PS2 version of Half-Life itself had nothing to do with the lack of PC port? There's a reason they made exclusive content for it, after all.and Half Life PS2 also the HD pack not being allowed on Steam.
that argument

[Erik Johnson] Yes, we're going to look at this. There is an issue that we have to address where Blue Shift made some changes to the engine.
