Nintendo's Reggie Says Metroid, Zelda And Mario Movies Coming!

Now this is a complete shocker. Reggie has announced that Nintendo is planning on making a Metroid movie for the "Silver Screen" and that most likely a Zelda and Mario movie will come afterwards. Though game to movie adaptations are usually pretty horrible Nintendo is one of the only companies I would put my faith in. Even if their past attempts didn't bode well. Anyways heres the details for anyone who is interested:

LOL yes Nintendo has made a lot of craptacular movies and shows in the 80s and 90's but those where the olden times when the Mario and Zelda franchises and Nintendo themselves had not fully matured. Also Nintendo has openned a movie studio last summer and announced a movie for sometime in 2007 (next to Halo I presume) so I hardly doubt they will make some stinkers and try to pass them off as good movies. I don't know but Nintendo themselves do really make high quality products these days in my opinion. Oh well heres for the hoping.
