I think it's North America, because shipping to Europe takes more time and money. That's why it'll be out later there.

I don't think it's shipping to Europe because we have got CD pressers over here you know, it could probably be a bit cheaper to print the CDs here instead of transporting a million copies of a game by plane.

But it is in Europe a bit later, maybe a few days to to, then a few more days to ship them to retailers, and it will be released on the nearest Friday (Games in the UK have to be released on Fridays, I think).

well depends who you ask...
initially in ID's .plan he said aug 4th
then the UA-Corp site started counting down, however its counting down to the 2nd (tomorrow)

Best Buy supposedly had a deal where they were gonna release the game at 12:00 on the 3rd... but most are saying they will have it for sale on the 2nd.

the game is already leaked and out on the internet.

Gamestops were claiming it was going to be out on the 31st/1st.
now they are saying it will only be available on the 4th...

then Best Buy actually are already selling copies of D3 here... (I called last night, they told me it would be on the 2nd.. I called this morning and they said that they sold out and will have more in stock tomorrow)
so who the hell knows

if you really want the game and are in America, you will be able to legally get it after the 4th.. if you can find a copy (I preordered... :/ )

otherwise you are going to have to wait till the 13th in Europe.....
