I've heard this claim too. I am not calling you a liar, but have you actually seen the clip of him saying this? I've been looking for it and can not find it, the only source seems to be places like newsmax and Bill O'Reilly.

Same thing with the KKK claim. I looked here and no where in the video is the KKK mentioned:

Thanks, those are all pretty nutty. At first I had a really hard time believing he said this stuff so I looked for videos and couldn't find them, I appreciate you posting it.

The newscaster said that about "influence of the KKK", not him. He was using a play on words to make a point, just like the "not god BLESS America, god DAMN America" (for the specific actions that he mentions) thing everyone's in a twist about.

It's amazing what people will get worked up over.
