alrighty, I get all the way to the end of the train ride after taking pictures of those stalkers and when I fall down nothing happens... once I recieved a load screen but my comp crashed, I then sence have tried repeatedly only nothing happens. my weapon tabs (1,2,3 etc...) are like barcodes and its really wiered. Ive read through other posts so im gonna start up HL2 and wait longer but I dont think it will help.

heh, sorry for double posting but I waited like five min. (almost) nothing happened but as I got in the main menu, alt+tab'ed to minimize, and went back to the HL2 menu it is all purple and balck squares and all of the menus are messed up Just though you should know.

Update drivers IMO

I think I have seen this, it's not drivers...

The best solution is just to redownload the HL2 content.

Be sure to back-up all the maps and savegames you want.

heh, I found a way around it by simply "cheating" to the next level. sorry for not posting sooner but I had to beat it happy newyears!
