Dog has lifted the gate and I've been invited by Barney to get in there. I drop down the hole into a tunnel at the end of which there seems no way forward. Down below there's the foundation of the Citadel, with those segments going up and down like thumpers. Above some road bridges. Ahead of me across the gulf is the tunnel continuation. I've tried jumping off rocks but always finish up squished. Help please.

you should be able to continue straight forward, you need to jump down to some rockplateu-thingys, don't go too fast or you'll slide down.
