By the way, goatse is really only one in a series of about ten pictures. I saw them all. There is also an interview with the guy in the goatse picture. The most shocking thing, he's not even gay, he just gets a kick out of stretching his own ass.

Upon close inspection of the picture, you will realize that it's not his ass at all, and his anus is actually lower. It is indeed his "mangina".
 
Lemonking is nothing that I know of. It was the name of a forum member on these forums. Lemon party, as wikipedia describes it...
