You must be 18 or over to create a GameCrush account -- it's being touted as the first social site for adult gamers. It's not an explicitly explicit service, but PlayDates set their gaming mood to either "flirty" or "dirty." What the two of you chat about is entirely up to you. Signing up is free, but you must purchase credits in order to get your game on. For $8.25 you get 500 credits, which is enough for one game (400 credits) and a 100 credit tip at the end. An Xbox Live game will last 10 minutes, while a casual Flash game will get you six minutes of face time with your PlayDate. That's literal face time, because you can video chat with your lady while playing a casual Flash game. Again, what goes on in that video chat is up to you and your PlayDate. GameCrush says it modeled its pricing structure after the cost of buying a girl a drink at a bar. In a bar, you're basically buying the opportunity to chat a girl up. GameCrush is hoping players will look at their service the same way.

Ahahahaha. I'd be more inclined to pay money to avoid having girls in my XBL matches. I can count on one hand the number of times I played Gears with a female outside my small circle of friends who wasn't there for the attention gained from announcing her gender.

Yeah, you know... almost all the god damn time I see a woman playing a game, she always seems to be there for the attention.

From all my years of WoW I've noticed women existed there for only a handful of reasons.
1) They were fat and ugly and wanted face-free attention via ventrilo

2)They're boyfriends/husbands/significant others played and they sought to be closer to them

3) They liked all the pretty colors and roleplaying stuff like making their characters look like retardo mcgees in crapalicious crap.

Basically that's it. In the almost five years I played off and on I never came across a girl or woman that played the game for the game itself. Always for some half related reason or one almost unrelated. I've yet to meet in person a real competitive gamer girl. The only one that I've found that was close was one of those crazy asian j-rpg anime loving chicks who I'm pretty sure has some serious mental or emotional problems. As I get older and fewer people my age are even gamers to begin with, I've given up on the prospect as well. I figure by 25 I'll be the lone gunman of video games... playing with the next generation who will undoubtedly crush me and never be able to sypathize with anything before Counterstrike Source.
 
the asian chick at my work who's into WoW and video games in general is pretty hot. I agree that's she probably one of the exceptions
 
If I find out a person is into WoW, I get massively turned off.:p
