but, i wondered if it was automatic like a recording or somthing.

Ok, as you insist on knowing every little facet of the system...

It's part of the warning script, so when you are warned you are notified through a PM which contains the reason and any comments from the moderator that warned you. I've seen the comment that the moderator put, and it's correct, so unless you want another one stop posting simply for the sake of posting.
