I'd like to see some flashbacks like:


Gordon travels on a train

*FLASHING*
"IT'S NOT SHUTTING DOWN!! IT'S NOT-AAAARRRGGH!!" and blurry flashes of of the anti-mass-spectrometer-thingy exploding AND a quick flash of G-Man
*FLASHING*

few seconds of peace as the train keeps going...

*FLASHING*
*PICS OF DEAD SCIS AND BARNEYS NEAR THE GROUND ZERO (source of course) AND a quick flash of G-Man*
*FLASHING*

another few seconds of peace...

*FLASHING*
*FLASHBACKS OF ZOMBIES, FIRST MEETING WITH GRUNTS, ALIEN GRUNT AND a quick flash of G-Man*

and so on... maybe 4-6 flashbacks should do it...

More screams and Eli going:
"We tried to warn them... Gordon! You're alive! Thank god for that Hazard suit!

Add weird background music, a few screams, weird flashes and boom! You can make Martha Stewart look like brown-trousers time material.

I didnt think HL1 was that scary to be honest... I just thought it was more of an action thing, to be suprised, but other than that it was the fact of surviving with little resources against everything that was shocking

man i remember szenes when i first time played half-life and believe me ,i was so afraid i wasnt really able to keep going.
