Possible to get a decent computer for around $800?

I know it won't be the best obviously, but is there a computer vendor online that has decent comps for around $800?. I was thinking something like 2.8 ghz, 512 mbs ram and an Ati Radeon 9600 XT or SE or a Geforce equivalent. Maybe this isn't possible?.

You can easily build a great PC for 800$. Athlon 64 2800+, 9800pro, 512MB, 120GB drive etc

I have not checked for a place that offers a good PC at that price though.

Monarch Computer systems builds PCs and you could put together an Athlon XP 2800+, 9800pro 512mb for under 800$ but that is without monitor or OS.
