Ok, gotta do an updated post since my guy looks kickass now.

I alternate between my glass longsword there (16 dmg rating) and a couple enchanted shortswords (they look like glass shortswords and have either 15 extra shock dmg or 15 extra fire dmg per hit - they're only 15 dmg rating though).

Ok, THIS sword RULES. I love how it looks. Got it from a quest and as it turns out I can turn the sword in for either 1500 gold (nah) or a heavy armor shield that's really good (I use light armor). I'm just gonna keep it until I find something better then I'll take the gold

I get that too with self-shadowing. I just turned it off.

well I finally got it, and Trent Reznor is now part of the Oblivion world heh

I did the screenshot INI thingy (both in my documents and in the oblivion dir) but screenshots with my prntscrn button dont work, I had to alt tab and prnt scrn and then paste into adobe... however there is a black hole in the center where the alt tab menu was :/

also playing an Assassin character on my fiance's laptop... well I was today, and boy the game plays completely differently.

my brother is playing it as a drunken hand to hand monk (he drinks all the ale he comes across, and has athletics/acrobatics/hand to hand) and does some pretty mean damage even naked...
he also recently decided to contract vampirism, and is loving it so far
