That happened at USF a few months ago... but the best one I've seen was at a hotel I stayed at last year. There is easy access to one of the lower sections of the roof (between the towers) and you can get right above this 20ft high 45+ degree slope that the water runs down before entering the fountain. Needless to say, some kids dumped several boxes of soap into it. The bubbles were over 6 feet high in some places inside the fountain and they went over the sides several feet out onto the walkways. The funniest part was seeing the fountain shooting soapy water (and tons of bubbles) into the air.
