I respect everyone else, I always have, which is why I am starting to get pissed at all the anti American sentiment. I don't see America as having an inflated ego, the government maybe, but the people are usually very humble. I can't tell my leaders how to act, and sorry if there policies bother you, they bother me too. But can't we all just get along?

I'm sorry if I started some sort of political discussion here. My last post was meant to be sarcastic.
There is pride in America in millions of people's minds so I what I meant was there shouldn't be.


The US is the 1st world leader in civilian guns and inciddents related to them (murder, armed robbery...).
I just don't think that's right, to have a world police that is a leader in controversy and crime.
If the EU had the Joint European Military done we wouldn't need the US anymore but infortunately our politicians think about other things 1st (not that joint economy is bad, I just think that the Military force should after that on the list, but it's like insignificant to our politicians)
And at least we try to please the Int. Community before doing something ( the Euro had several setbacks because some countries claimed it was unfair to laws of the market.)

Most people in the UK think the EU is a fat load of shit. It's practically controled by Germany and France and only seems interested in makeing silly laws that are only going to tick people off. There's no point in makeing a joint European army when the UN is already in existence, all the EU is trying to do is equal the US in power and I don't think thats in the UK's best interests.

Quite frankly if there's a country that annoys me more than America it's France, I hate the filthy arrogant frog eating Ignorant Frenchys (excludeing the female variety that shave there armpits). We should have never built the channel tunnel, we should be kept seperated as much as possible. Not that any French people come down the channel tunnel, the only people that come down that thing are illeagal imagrants France want to get rid of.

Well here's a drastic anti-EU opinion.
EU was made by silly little european conservative politicians that wanted to take down the US from the #1 spot. But today it's a very helpfull organization that mostly helps the economy for small countries like mine (Portugal) to develop so that Europe is stronger and more united.
Now the EJMF isn't a bad idea so that someone can compete with the US on a military level and so they have to think before invading the world's 2nd greatest oil reserve and seize it for themselves, raising the prices of oil-related things here.

And the French...did you started hating them after they said «NO» or was it already in you?
They´re actually a nice people. You should see it for yourself and not bash them.
I only have these opinions about the US because I went there more than twice and I hated it every time. But I always love France, it's a beautiful country.

Now, that's true. Germany and France have been allowed to break the Stability Pact. It established that no Euro-zone country could have a deficit over 3% and the Counsil decided that they could remain over that. But if the Counsil decided, I can't blame them, it's probably the best thing to do for some reason.
