As has been previously stated, there is a difference between discussing illegal activities and facilitating them.

Even if it was illegal or otherwise prohibited to discuss drug use, I'd think that's retarded. There is a massive distinction between shooting somebody and taking a drug, regardless of their illegality. The only victim of ingesting an illicit substance is yourself. Comparing the two is absolutely ****ing stupid. Besides, you can't say "talking about weed is okay, but not meth". Based on what grounds? Because one is more dangerous? Since when is that valid criteria?
