questions about testosterone & working out

For roughly 10 days i've abstained from masturbation (i've been planning to perhaps stop the habit completely) while working out extra intensively, practically doing cardio or working out every single day.

there's no doubt my testosterone levels have increased, but I'm curious whether it's entirely positive or not so to speak to keep it this way for prolonged periods.

Does the body counter periods of 'excessive' testosterone with estrogen or something like that and reducing testosterone in an unhealthy/bad way? is it unhealthy/unproductive for the metabolism or muscle building?

Your body will use it's homeostasis to balance the hormones after a while.
If you want to keep elevated levels of T you should eat plenty of different sources of protein and eat as many greens (especially brocolli and sprouts) as you can.

I'd assume that's the case because you're producing more sperm and letting it just saturate can't be good.

There was a thread posted a little while back that Masturbation is infact good for you. So I'd assume that not masturbating stops those. Main point I think was that it was on-par with a workout if you look at pr0n for 30 minutes, so working out counters that.

why i'm quitting? because i'm tired of being a pussy.

the latest 10 days i've felt more empowered, confident, more sexually active and most of all i've felt better than ever before. i've been able to work out twice as hard and haven't been afraid of anyone. i've been able to think much faster and this is great in school.
honestly, i've felt more alive than i've felt for years.

Masturbate as much as possible.

It keeps prostate cancer at bay.
 
Semen is absorbed into your body naturally if you don't use it enough, so nothing to worry about. And not masterbating won't really help you with strength and fitness training.
 
I'm pretty sure your body will react naturally if you don't masturbate for prolonged periods. Basically, wet dreams.

If you're worried you're losing out on your protein intake due to masturbating, you just need to take protein mixes and steroids.
