Which ram is better?

They both look about the same. I was going to buy the blue Geil ram, but then I saw the platinum Geil ram and was wondering if it was better. Its not too much more.

I think you'll get more bang for your buck if you go with the 'Geil Ultra Series Value'. Read up on reviews and benchtests.

So you think fork out the extra $10 for the Ultra Series Value?

have you tried to look for more reliable brands (Kingston, Samsung, Infinion, Micron)or instore brands they all work fine. I use in store brand it way cheaper plus runs at same effiency.

Extra kick in rams that you mentioned in platinum is not guranteed to be visible change. It could be just in milliseconds which is quite not usefull.
