We found out today that the earliest age someone was pregnant was 5yrs old 8months because she was raped when she was 4.

She gave birth. And my religion teacher was saying that she should have to give birth.

yes that true alot of times Murder can happen very fast and out of passion,but nobody can tell me that raping someone was "passionate/act of rage act"
since it something that requires certain steps to be taken, ie take of cloth etc.

Yeah, that story has been posted here many times. Quite disturbing. What's worse, she was raped and impregnated by her own father.
 
My membership with the Church of Atheism demands at least five rapes a year. So I have no choice, my hands are bound.

Well I think that most is self gratification. Murder is wanting someone wiped out (hatred or otherwise). I'd say the latter is a lot worse.

I dunno, when someone rapes another person, they are screwing up so many mental and emotional things for them in the long run, and that person has to actually live with those problems. -And there are so many emotional and mental problems that comes with rape.
 
Super tiny cuts all over the offenders body and then having them submerged in salt solution and then lemon juice repeatedly might be too lenient of a punishment. I'd want rapists to hurt!
 
Psst...torture is against human rights. Simply life improsment with no chance of parole is good enough for - they wouldn't cause any harm ever again.
 
Life in prison is pretty much the worse thing I can imagine. Although I guess one can get used to anything.

I don't subscribe to the belief that everybody deserves equal human rights at all times of their lives, even when they so willfully strip others of their rights by violating them.

That's a stupid belief.
 
Have you ever just sat there and tried to visualize yourself being raped? What it'd be like for somebody to overpower you and enforce their sexual stamina upon you?

Have you ever tried to feel what it'd feel like to be penetrated without permission?

It makes you want to drive a knife into your skull just so that it'll all end.

God knows what EXPERIENCING it must be like.
 
I fully support the imprisonment of rapists in a labor reeducation facility where they will work in factories and coal mines for 17 hours a day, for the rest of their (short) lives.


Or, you know, after 20 ~ 25 years, if they can survive it, we could do something with them, like experimentation.


Maybe human landmine clearers.

...yes becuase the best way to treat a criminal is by being as bad as one yourself.
 
Whilst it's a horrible crime, I could never support the death penalty for it, nor torture.
 
As much as I'd want a rapist to be tortured for his doings, I am against that idea due to the fact that there are times where someone has been outright wrongfully accused.

I can't image the horror of being wrongfully accused of sexual offense/rape.
Your spouse, children, family, friends, all looking upon you in disgust for something you did not do. And then enjailment.

The last thing I'd want is someone to be tortured for something they didn't do.

Just thinking about someone being wrongfully accused of rape makes me feel sick. It's really horrible when you think about it.

It happened at the college I go to as a matter of fact. The woman accused this guy of raping her in the bandroom, and he was arrested, put in jail and expelled from the school. Turned out she was completely full of it. He's still expelled too.
