Rape

Rape is bad but by no means the worst crime. People can recover from it and move on unlike murder victims.

He's a socialists.

Here's what the average Socialist believes.
Women are always the rape victims. They can't take advantage of the situation nor be manipulative.

Men are ALWAYS the rapists. They are cruel and evil.

If a white man did it, kill him, If a Black man did it... Oh well, make him a slave to the man, if a foreigner did it, make them poor so you get more $$$.

Ah, the crimes of socialism.

What in the name of christ are you babbling about?

One of the worst rape cases I know of personally happened at my local mall.

-Woman was shopping with her teenage kids during the x-mas season. One of her kids was special needs, she was mentally retarded and in a wheel chair.
So the mom decided to go get the van and pull it to the entrance instead of trying to get her kid through the snow. So all the kids waited at the entrance.
When the mom went to the van, two guys kiddnapped her and took the van.
They both raped the mom, and then they took a gun, stuck it in her vagina and shot her.

That story honestly makes me cry sometimes when I think about the entire situation. People like that don't diserve a second chance, what worthless human beings.

Yeah, see, as far as I'm concerned people like that should not live. I would kill either of them in an instant if it would have saved that girl... although I'm still not sure if executing them via the justice system is something I agree with, just that I would personally not mind them dying.

I dunno, I just don't see someone like that useful as a human being anymore.

I mean-

1. they specifically targeted a mother with a handicapped kid so they could take advantage of her when she went to go get her van.
2. they raped her
3. they killed her by sticking a gun in her vagina and shooting her
4. they deprived children of a mother
5. they deprived a husband of his wife

-There's just to much there for me to give someone a second chance.

It's not about that, it's more that I believe the justice system/government does not have the right (in any sense) to take human life in punishment. Because the institution of government and justice both are not trustworthy with that power.

I personally feel that I am (as does everyone) so I feel differently, but I would still oppose the death penalty on principle.

If I had been there, and had a gun, I wouldn't of hesitated to kill those assholes right there and then.

But Capital Punishment is wrong speicifically because if someone is innocent, and they get executed, its no good giving them compensation.

Like I said, I don't have a problem with those scum bieng killed. But only there and then, not in a court where evidence can be twisted.

So do I, but I understand why it's given.

One day we'll be able to just maroon them on an Island somewhere... :/

I agree.

I would never want to live in a place where the governing body can choose to legally take my life if they see fit.

It achieves nothing.

Interesting hypothetical: If you feel that you would be trustworthy with the power to decide who no longer has the right to exist, and you were somehow granted that power in a legitimate way, what would you do? Would accept the position? Would you systematically eliminate all convicted rapists? Would you review cases individually or just kill all convicted of the crime regardless of how horrendous or (relatively) mundane the circumstances are?

I could go on forever, but you see the direction I'm going.
