Gene Wilder is still the best.
His was one of my childhood favorite movies. That said, I love both of 'em. They're the same basic story, but both are so wildly different that they're enjoyable in different ways.

saw II

very...very...annoying...

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory 9/10

Liked it better than the original, actually. Depp is a living God...
I agree on both counts.

Jarhead
9/10

Sahara
3/10
One of those movies you can make fun of and still have a decent time but still...it blew.

I loved Sahara. :D
Epitome of a good, light-hearted action movie.

Fear and Loathing is with Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro, right? I've been meaning to see that since I like Terry Gilliam.

yes, it is, and if you haven't seen it, you really must.

^ Heh.

Not exactly new, but I just watched the Breakfast Club.

10/10.

The Magnificent Seven 10/10

This was mysteriously like another movie I've seen. Hmmmmmm, I wonder.

Spared time out of my study schedule to watch that today as well. Not as good as the original. I was particularly annoyed that the Kid and Kiyuchiko (Kikuchiyo?) were the same character. Still it was a good film, but i enjoyed the original much more.

Need to watch it again without interruptions to make a proper judgement though.

If HL 2 ever gets turned into a Movie,it should be entirely done in the first person view. We've seen now that it works. So why the "hell" not!?!?

Impossible. The movie couldn't be done in all one shot. Only if it were CGI.

I have to agree with that one, the original had more......spirit....shall I say. Yeah, that really was a pity, they should have kept to the original and not blended the characters, that was really dissapointing. Plus the Kikuchyo based character should have been scruffier.

Now all I have to do is see A Fistful of Dollars, I think thats the Yojimbo based one anyway.

Its either Yojimbo or Sanjuro. Whichever the first one is.

Unfortunately I can't find that guys original post, because I wanna gonna tell him that I would give him a 10 seconds lead and make sure he would run as fast as he can, because I'd be right behind him with a 3 feet dagger getting ready to play with his guts...

Batman Begins - 9/10, excellent film, really liked the style of it!

The Locals 1/10
Creep 6/10, really liked it because it reminded alot of the monster in Resident Evil 4 and Silent Hill ;>

Alright it wasn't funny when Reaktor did it with Sin City.
It wasnt supposed to be funny (the .08 post was but not the .8)
That was my honest rating of the movie. I think people give far higher ratings to games and movies than they deserve. I mean you hear people say whatever movie was shit and then give it 5/10...

To most people. That was my point.
My scale is 10 = nearly perfect, 0 = nearly complete crap.
