On drama, I'm floored that no-one's mentioned House yet. It's bloody fantastic, because a) It's Hugh Laurie, b) He's dry, sarcastic and witty (unfortunately with an American accent) and c) The stories are genuinely fascinating.

Well, I recently watched Dead Like Me, a Drama/Comedy that was on Showtime. It was really good. But if you like action, maybe not what you're looking for.

I've seen that series about... 10 times now? It never gets old, and I'm getting the DVD on Friday.

Like lots have mentioned, Spaced, Scrubs (The early seasons are best, Imo), Fawlty Towers, Red dwarf (Again early Seasons).
