Revolver - Disaster

Man i was so looking forward to this film, but it has been totally blasted by critics, i haven't seen a decent review score for it so far. Apparantly it's done the impossible and turned out to be worse than 'Swept Away'. Completely disappointing, i was hoping it was a return to Ritchie's Lock Stock and Snatch days. I probably won't bother seeing it now, not that i normally listen to reviews but if EVERYONE is saying how crap it is you can't just ignore them. Here's a couple of reviews to show you what i mean:

here's one that's not very negative at all

I dunno if he'll ever be back up to the form he had with Lock, Stock and Snatch... those were the good days... but maybe this one isn;t as bad as everyone says it is

Seeing the movie costs money and is inconvenient. Reviews are free and very convenient.

Thats usually the main reason.

Yeah, so plenty of mags say Gigli sucks, but I should maybe go see that to form my own oppinion? Human beings are inherently similar whether we like to admit it or not and if the general consensus is that a film is shit then the odds are stacked that you'll hate that movie too, so why waste the money on the movie ticket? Besides... that's how shit films become sucessfull box office hits and then those shit films spawn shit sequels... Transporter 2? 2 Fast 2 Furious? Gimme a ****ing break!

Transporter 2 was the shit. Loved that movie.
